Do you require a down payment?
Yes, I require a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to reserve your session date.
How can I book a shoot?
You can contact me on here or my business Instagram: @bryannephotography :)
How do I pick a location?
Check my page and see if there is something you like, if you're not sure sure, we can brainstorm together!
What time will my session start?
It depends on the season, but usually we will shoot a little before the sunset. We will pick an exact time together a week before the shoot! Please make sure to show up at least 5 minutes early!
What happens if I am late?
Life happens, I get it! Please let me know if you are going to be late to your session ASAP! Shoots will not be extended for late clients. Please keep in mind that anything past 10 minutes late will be considered cancelled. I will only remain at a location for 10 minutes past the set shoot time if a client is late. Also, last minute cancellations will not be rescheduled and deposits are 100% non-refundable.
What if I need to reschedule?
There is a $35 rescheduling fee, if it's the day of your shoot it is $50. If we need to reschedule due to the weather, there is no fee.
When is my second payment due?
The day of your session.
What forms of payment do you take?
I take cash, check, Venmo, CashApp and Zelle!
When will I get my photos back?
3 weeks max!
What if I need my photos back sooner?
There is a rush fee of $45, which will get your photos back to you 3 days after your session.
How will I receive my photos?
I provide digital photos through Dropbox! If you don't have an account, it's a free app and you can sign up using your email. Then, send me the email you used to sign up and I will share your gallery with you! I am also able to share your gallery with multiple Dropbox accounts, if you would like!
Do you give out unedited photos?
No, you will only receive what is stated in your package. I do not give clients raw/unedited photos.
What if I want extra/more edited photos?
Extra edited photos are available to purchase! Just let me know how many more you would like.
Am I able to make prints of my photos?
Yes, of course! Also, if you need a release form, I will be happy to provide one for you :)
